The March 25, 2026 State of Play will go down in history. In 52 minutes, Sony delivered five major announcements that paint a particularly exciting future for the PS5.
Ghost of Tsushima 2 — Official
Sucker Punch is back. The protagonist is new — a samurai named Hana Mori, connected to Jin Sakai by blood. Medieval Korea replaces Japan, and the first footage shows a world twice the size of Tsushima. Release: Spring 2027.
Bloodborne Remastered — The Surprise
The moment that broke the internet. Bloodborne Remastered by FromSoftware and Japan Studio, native 60fps on PS5, launching this summer. The PC version is "in active development" according to the statement — which is code for: probably in two years.
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered 2
Guerrilla Games isn't stopping. A third Horizon is announced, featuring an older Aloy and a post-Calamity world in full reconstruction. Stunning footage of regenerated forests.
